Andra Day and Andi Matichak

Cassandra Monique Batie aka Andra Day, is an American R&B/Soul singer-songwriter. The Grammy Award, Children's and Family Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award are among the many accolades she has earned. In addition, she was selected for the Academy Award. Andra Day, a talented artist and songwriter, with a strong background in blues and gospel music that has a passion for the contemporary world, is not just an R&B throwback specialist. The ability she has to mix her jazz influences with gospel and blues in the R&B genre is remarkable. The debut of her album Cheers to the Autumn (2015) she made it into the Top Ten R&B/hip hop charts and was awarded a couple of Grammy nods. In 2017, her contribution to Marshall's music was recognized with the Academy Award. Amen, Take Your Troubles Away and The United States Versus Billie Holiday All three singles are making fans wait for the arrival of her second album. Andra was born Cassandra Monique Batie of Edmonds Washington grew to be the resident in San Diego and metropolitan San Diego in which she went to school and performed in her church. After leaving the School of Performing and Creative Arts, Andra Day began to focus her attention on contemporary R&B and Pop, however she quickly found that her soulful jazz influences were what she was drawn to. Kai Millard Morris recorded a concert of Day which she later shared with her husband Stevie Wonder some of Day's songs. Motown legendary Adrian Gurvitz was introduced to Day by the Motown legend. Day got signed by Warner Bros. after gaining the attention of a huge YouTube fan base together with Gurvitz & Jeffrey Evans Buskin. DJs immediately played the track in radio. After the signing of Warner Bros. Records, she began working alongside producer Adrian Gurvitz to create her debut album "Cheers to the Fall" (2015). The single "Rise Up" was a hit worldwide in social justice movements. Day was awarded two Grammy nominations including Best R&B Album. The United States against Billie Holiday is a conceptual recording about the legend jazz singer. It was released by Day in 2019. That that same year, she was a part in The United States Vs. Billie Holiday (2020), a biopic of Holiday's career. Andi Matichak is a famous American actor. She first appeared in television series such as 666 Park Avenue, Orange Is the New Black and Blue Bloods prior to making her feature film debut in the role of Allyson Nelson on the horror film series Halloween and its sequels. Andi Mattichak was born on the 3rd of May, 1994 in Framingham Massachusetts.
