Anne Heche is an American actor from the United States. Her first appearance was in the world of entertainment through her portrayal as an actress on the soap show Another World. She claimed that her father had assaulted her sexually before he succumbed to AIDS. As she and the only remaining sibling defended their father, her connection with her mother became strained. Her appearances on television included film and serials, including 'Fatal Desire,' 'The Brave Wild Side of the Moon,' Walking and Talking' as well as "I Know What You Did Last Summer. Her romance to Ellen DeGeneres drew widespread controversy during her career. Then she married Coley Lafoon but divorced him in the following years. James Tupper became her boyfriend and she was blessed with another child in his presence. She published a book titled "Call Me Crazy, A Memoir' the book she reminisces about her troubled childhood, her abuser father, and her love affair with a lesbian. After her split with DeGeneres she experienced mental and emotional issues that required treatment. Anne Heche died on August 6th, 2022 in the Los Angeles hospital, six days after her death in a car crash. She was 53.
